Kait is simply awesome! I contacted Kait while teaching at Interlochen this summer hoping to work with her for strength training sessions in recovering from a foot injury. I had heard wonderful things about her and her work, and it quickly became clear why she has a great reputation. I could not have asked for a better teacher, trainer, coach, and mentor!! She is extremely knowledgeable and yet intuitive in her approach. She began by patiently taking an assessment of my needs (and limitations) along with the exercises I already had been doing, and after a few sessions she designed an organized and balanced plan of training to fit my busy lifestyle as a musician/ professor. She made an outline of the plan and led me though the various exercises explaining very clearly the benefits, targeted areas, and goals.

In 2024, I weighed 250lbs, and today I am at 193lbs. A loss of 57 lbs. It’s taken time, setbacks, consistency, and a lot of relearning what my body actually needs. I used to believe many things about health and fitness with chronic illness that were wrong, and Kait helped me see that. Where do I start? Both Mario & Lia are EXCEPTIONAL people! They care about their patients & it is so clear. I started seeing them for one issue before being in an accident & having to fully switch my treatment to a different severe injury including a torn ACL & MCL. I’m a D1 college runner so I was very fearful of what this meant for my future. Mario was patient with me, went step by step with me even when I was frustrated with myself. As of today I just ran my first collegiate race again after 2 1/2 months since the accident. Without them I don’t know what I would’ve done. They kept me calm & hopeful. I could tell they believed in me & I wouldn’t be alone in my rehab. I could keep going for awhile about how great these two people are not only as PT’s but also as humans. You’re in good hands here!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mario Palomino for about a year to combat some shoulder and neck pain along with some numbness I had been experiencing for quite some time. He has an incredible eye for movement and body and could quickly see that my issues were slightly different than I’d thought. His knowledge and expertise over a wide variety of treatment modalities led us to try dry needling for the problem. As a life long needle phobic person who had been too scared to even try acupuncture, Mario made me feel easy and comfortable throughout the process. Then I got to feel the results which has been LIFE CHANGING (and I don’t use the all caps casually).

I would recommend Palomino PT to anyone and everyone. I am an elite-level Powerlifter, natural pro bodybuilder, and, as is the nature of these sports, I have suffered my fair share of injuries. I met Mario 10 years ago when I had disc herniations in my lower back. Mario is what I consider to be the epitome and, quite frankly, penultimate sports rehab PT’s out there. Everyone else I’ve seen gave me scared, apprehensive, and vague advice. Mario treated my injury, as well as me as a person. He answered my (many) questions, researched the questions he did not have answers to, and was able to coach me as to when to “step on the gas” or “pump the brakes” with training during recovery. For the athlete, Mario understands that the goal is to stay in the game, or to get back ASAP. I was able to earn my pro bodybuilding status in the midst of this injury due to Mario’s care and coaching.

World class PT!

I met Mario at Cross Fit Due North in TC and within an hour was on his table working on some ankle mobility and dorsiflexion issues. Mario is the best PT I've ever had -- and I've seen many in about 6 different states. He's a technique and methodology geek who enjoys understanding every facet of your movement to find a solution. After two days of visits he *evaporated* a brutal plantar fasciitis bout that had been bothering me for about a year. During my stay in TC I continued attending Palomino PT because every time I left, I left with increased comfort and mobility. I'll definitely stop in on future visits to TC even if I don't have a major issue.

I started using Endure TC for marathon training about a year ago to the day. The first cycle of training led me to a 3:45 marathon in October 2024. The second cycle of training led me to a 3:19:42 marathon in May 2025. This time resulted in a Boston 2026 qualifier, 1st place for women, and 8th place overall. I absolutely could not have achieved any of this without the help of Drew at Endure TC. He worked around my body's needs, my preferences, and my schedule. And he was always a phone call or text away.
